Lifetime planner says I need to enter "About You" information.

Lifetime planner says I need to enter "About You" information.  I have entered the info and clicked "Done", but it still says I need to enter the info?

    Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to report this issue although, I apologize that you have not received a response.

    Do you see any sections or fields that are possibly missing? If you are unable to locate any missing information, I would recommend contacting support directly for assistance.

    Quicken Care has the tools to initiate a screen share and can view the issue in real-time to provide a solution.
