Remind me why I pay for this service when there is a CC501 error and I'm unable to download transactions for a week?

    What Q product are you running, that BUILD of that product and what's your "Membership  Valid thru" date?  This info can be found at HELP, About Quicken.
    Next, what financial  institutions are you downloading from when you get the CC-501?

    Have you read the 2nd link that I provided.  Numerous CU's are experiencing this.

    I've been unable to download from the credit union for a couple of months. As of 5/26 Q was working on it but no ETA for a fix. Not a peep since then. Is anybody making progress on the issue?
