I just downloaded the subscription version of quicken and I cannot locate a transaction ID in any of

I bought it online from Quicken

Since you bought directly from Quicken ... you don't need an Activation Code. It's ready to be set up, and run, as is.

Just make sure that you register the software at initial startup to the same Quicken Id that you used to buy it.
