How do I open a QFX file with Quicken?

    A bit more info is needed in order to assist you.
    What Q product are you running and what BUILD of that product and what's your "Membership Valid Thru" date?  These can be found at HELP, About Quicken.
    Lastly,  what bank/card/etc produced this QFX file?  Where did you download it from?
    BECAUSE, the simplest answer is just "double click on it and  Q should open  and  import it automatically", but based upon your question,  it appears that such  isn't working.
