Net worth and Account Balance reports

:( I purchased this software today and the Net Worth and Account Balance reports are really bad. Same date in multiple columns no matter how I try to customize the reports.
Also, year to date option starts with Dec 20th 2020
If this is a sample of how Quicken works I think I bought the wrong stuff!
