stock prices not real time

If I attempt to up my portfolio before 10am (EST), the stock prices are not current. Why does that happen.

    there is always a 15 minute delay.... look at the bottom of the portfolio view screen - it states that at the bottom

    IF your brokerage firm provides you with real-time quotes as a benefit, you MIGHT be able to download quotes from them ... but Q itself doesn't provide such.
