One Step Update - Updating Balances, Not Transactions?

When I do "One Step Update", for a couple of my credit cards, the "ending balance" updates and matches the online balance, but none of the new transactions pull in to reflect that balance. I've tried updating each account individually - same result. Please help!

Thank you for visiting the Community to report this issue although, I apologize that you have not received a response.
I would recommend signing out and signing back into the Quicken program. To do this, please follow the steps below.
Go to Edit > Preferences > Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts
Click sign in as a different user
Type "yes" to sign out
Sign back in using your existing Quicken ID
Once this has been completed, please attempt to update once more and let us know the results.
