Downloaded transactions not appearing in manual Downloaded Transactions pane

Beginning 5/27/21 my downloaded transactions are not appearing in the Downloaded Transactions pane. I know I have downloaded transactions because I see several red flags next to several accounts (both banking and investments), but the Download panes all shows 0. If I go into Settings and change the "Download transactions" setting to Automatically add transactions then the new transactions appear in the various accounts with blue dots next to them and I can then see the transactions. I normally review my downloaded transactions manually but I am no longer able to do that. Any ideas?

You're not alone in reporting the phenomenon. Quicken has an FAQ that might help:

After "shaking loose" a bunch of downloaded transactions with the above method, change the setting back to what it was before to get back to normal operation.
