Won't let me reconcile

I went to reconcile my account but the option to reconcile is not clickable. It is faded and won't let me click it. This has never happened. I updated the software, restarted the computer, and made sure my software was up to date in general. Any ideas?

Are you certain you clicked on a single account int he left sidebar, and not on e of the group headings like "Cash", "Credit Card", or "Banking"?
Is this happening with one account or all your accounts?
