NFCU - Error CC-505

    NFCU has been working great for me the past few months. However, this morning, I cannot connect to any of my NFCU accounts.... CC-505 error. Also, I cannot access my accounts via browser. I CAN access my accounts via my Android app.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community to tell us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.

    The CC-505 error code is usually caused by a temporary outage on your financial institution's servers. In which case, we recommend that you try updating again after a few hours have passed or the next business day

    As stated in the article, if the error persists after the 3rd business day, then you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. At that point, our support agents will need to collect and review your log files to investigate the internal error and may likely be required to file an escalation if they see fit.
