I'm experiencing problems with the One Step Update as well. When I synch with Schwab accounts after the download of transactions (before I process any of them), the account balances are grossly inflated. In addition, when I synch with Mount Vernon Bank & Trust Comp (Mount Vernon IA) the account balance is also inflated. I have a good backup copy dated 5/15/21. While attempting to update by creating copies and updating I've experienced multiple Quicken crashes while updating (it hangs and I have to have Microsoft end the program).0

Hello @MitchC
Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to report this issue, although I apologize that you have not received a response.
First, please navigate to Help > About Quicken and provide the release that you are currently running.
May I ask that you please take a moment to review the steps and information available here and confirm the location of the data file? Is the file stored on the hard drive or the cloud drive?
Storing the file in a cloud drive may cause missing transactions as you have described. Please let me know!
