Incorrect Account Balance after OSU (Online Balance is Correct)

My account is marked as Credit but the transactions behave like a bank adn thus gives inaccurate balance even though the "online" balance is reported correctly. This happened after I had to reactivate my credit card account due to # change

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, although I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your register balance. I'm wondering here if we might need to fully reset the download to get it downloaded correctly. It may be worth seeing if we're able to fully reset the connection if we may have different results. I'll leave steps down below.

    First we'll try deactivating all of the accounts for the affected FI. You can do so by following the article listed down below.

    Once all the accounts are deactivated go ahead and follow the article here on reconnecting the accounts.
