to hear that you are experiencing issues with the cost basis on your account. You should be able to do so by navigating to the register then selecting the transactions tab right above the security overview. From there find one of the transactions that is showing 0 cost basis and double click it. From there you should be able to enter the cost basis so that it's showing accurately in your register.
