Error FI_TIMEOUT:ccscrape.102:Retry. RSA session request failed (Q Mac)

I get this error when online downloading recent transactions from Genoa Bank, Genoa, Ohio. Is this the same error as the notification I got when I logged in today about ccscrape.176? I reported this error from inside Quicken previously. Has been ongoing for 2ish months now.
