Why is Sales Tax not appied on the invoice?

I put in a different sales tax amount on an invoice and now it shows the percentage sales tax but it does not apply it to the invoice.

Thank you for visiting us here in the Community to report this issue although I apologize that you have not received a response.

First, please navigate to Help > About Quicken and provide the release that you are currently running. Are you using the US or Canadian version?

Do you show multiple Sales Tax accounts on the accounts bar? Are you entering this as a new invoice or editing an existing invoice?

The more information you provide the better able to assist the Community will be.
