Can't connect to B of A -- Error CC-501

I'm trying to connect my Quicken Deluxe with my B of A credit card using the Add Account box. I used my correct B of A login and password. I've tried about five times and keep getting the error CC-501. This is after it asks me to request a security code via text, which I do, and input. Any ideas? Thanks,

    A "501" error will also require you to contact Quicken support for a review of the log files for a possible escalation to resolve.
