Activation Code Never Sent

I just purchased a Mac subscription directly from and never got an activation code and now I cannot use the product. What can I do?

    You don't receive or need an activation code when you purchase directly from Quicken; activation codes are only for purchases made from third-party retailers. Log into your account and download the software, then install it. When you launch Quicken, it will ask you to log in, and it will know your subscription is valid and current. (Make sure you're using the same Quicken ID for everything, from your purchase to logging into Quicken.)
