Why can't I download the Quicken patch files?

When I try to download the Quicken patch files to reinstall I get an error message from Windows that the file might harm my computer. It renames the file and I'm not even certain it downloads it completely. How can I get around this error. In addition, the files now listed are behind, with the latest being the February patch file. My latest Quicken version was at least one past this one. When will they update the list?

When you reinstall Quicken Subscription Program, installation automatically downloads and installs the latest patches. You don't need to install separately.
