Cleared transactions not reconciled

I have 2 transactions that cleared (c) but were not reconciled(R). Can I reconcile them manually?

You can change the "c" to an "R" if you wish, but if these aren't offsetting transactions then you'll change the reconciliation itself as the beginning balance for any subsequent reconciliation is nothing more than the total of all the transactions with an "R" in the Clr column.

Why do you think that the two transactions should have an R in the Clr column?  You certainly can have transactions that are before the statement date and have a c in the Clr column if they cleared just after the statement date.
