Is there an easy way to remove old Quicken data?

I have been using Quicken for many years and my file is quite large. Is there an easy way to remove about ten years of data? Or do i have to start over from scratch?

    Describe what you mean by "quite large".  Because shrinking a Q data file doesn't actually improve performance ... and it eliminates your ability to do longitudinal studies.
