Why is my existing account unavailable to be linkedf?

When I try to link to an existing account, the existing account is unavailable in the dropdown menu to be linked to the online account. How do I fix this?

    Hi @eduardoccastro .  Would you please provide some additional information?
    • Which Quicken product/edition and which version are you using?  (This information can be found at Help > About Quicken.) [menu corrected. NotaCPA]
    • Who is the Financial Institution?
    • What kind of account are you trying to get linked?
    • Which dropdown menu are you referring to?  (Sometimes a picture can be worth a thousand words.  Would you be able to take a screenshot...blur out any information you want kept confidential...save the file and then click and drag it to your reply post?)
    • Does the account show up in Account List (in the Tools menu)?
