Audit Trail
PatriotMom2
Hi! I have been a user of Quicken for over 20 years. I use QuickBooks for my payroll and Quicken for everything else, banking, savings, credit cards, ALL account balances.
In Quickbooks, there is a way to run an audit trail to see when transactions were altered, etc. Do you know if there is a way to do this in Quicken? Not "log" but audit to help me possibly see why suddenly my account balances are not all accurate and one step update is not working accurately on all accounts.

Quicken does not provide an audit trail.
If a previously reconciled balance of a register has changed, I suggest comparing the running balance with that of a backup saved when the balance reconciled to determine what changed. I suggest exporting the appropriately sorted registers as text files and using an appropriate text file comparison tool.
