Downloaded transactions not showing up on the register

I am not seeing the transactions for one of my accounts after the automatic download. I tried downloading again from the banking website. For a brief moment, I did see the transactions but then it disappeared and I can not see the transactions. I tried downloading several times and I am still now able to see the transactions.

    If you haven’t already, you may want to verify the register is sorted appropriately and there aren’t any unexpected filters being applied:  open the register, select the Date column header (you want the small triangle to right of Date to point up) and Reset.
