Missing transactions

When reconciling my account some transactions are missing. How can I get the missing transactions to appear? I do no online banking with Quicken. I only hand enter transactions. They appear in the account ledger but not in the reconcile window. I use Windows.

    The Reconcile window should display the transactions that are not set to Reconciled and do not have transaction dates or posting dates after the statement closing date you have specified.
