Moving Quicken from one computer to another-can see on mobile but not on new laptop
I have a fully updated, synced, and backedup Quicken file on my old laptop (Windows). I downloaded Quicken to the new laptop (also Windows), signed in with my old user name/password (I thought), but apparently set up a new account only. I can see my old accounts (there are two) on mobile Quicken, as well as this new account that has no data. I tried uninstalling Quicken on the new computer to start over, but apparently when you reinstall it doesn't really delete the account. I don't need that new account; I need my two old ones. What do I need to do?

It sounds like you may have neglected to copy your Quicken files from the old laptop to the new laptop. If you haven't already, you may want to review: https://www.quicken.com/support/how-do-i-move-my-quicken-data-file-one-computer-another0
