Tried to install the Mondo patch for R34.16. Installed failed with message:
Access to path C;\programfiles (x86)\quicken\qupdated.bmp is denied. I even ran it as administrator. See picture

Which version? Quicken Windows is currently at R33.24...not yet up to R34.16. Is that a typo? I suggest downloading the current R33.24 version Mondo patch (https://www.quicken.com/support/update-and-patch-20182019-release-quicken-windows-subscription-product) and installing that.

FWIW, I just installed the new patch and it is working OK. Your issues is likely related to the problem you describe in your other thread. A QCleanUI reinstall usually resolves the type of issue you describe.0

The problem that it has is very similar to the issues with Norton. If you turn "Controlled Folder Access" in windows security to off you may be able to get your Quicken 34.16 running properly. I did with some help from Support (Jessica)0
