Cannot see the finances option in the profile button on quicken on the web

Thanks for your reply, I solved my problem, I did not have all my accounts enabled to download to the online app0

Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, although I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your quicken on the web. Could we get some more details about what exactly is happening? Is your file not loading on the web portion? Was it working properly prior to today? Did you update the program recently?
Once we get a bit more information please let us know and we'll see what we can do to resolve the issue.

Are you running Quicken on your desktop ?
Did you enable Quicken Sync for the Mobile App and Quicken on the Web ?
Did you select certain accounts to view within the Quicken Cloud ?
