when doing import to quicken from my bank it's skipping 1 transaction, has done it now for 2 months,

how can I fix this? did import 2 times and did exact dates and then the whole month not just the one transaction

For whatever reason, it is likely Quicken thinks that the transaction has already been downloaded so it will continue to block the transaction from being entered into your register, again. There are some things you could try doing to get it to download, again, but it will take a fair amount of work on your part and there is no guarantee that it will work in getting the transaction downloaded into your register. Usually, when this happens it is best (fast, easy, no risk to "upsetting" your online connection, no extensive account register troubleshooting afterward) to simply enter the transaction manually.
