How do I reinstall? Nothing works

I don't know what that number means. Where do you see this number? Launching Quicken ? Trying to download transactions? When you say "nothing works," I don't know if you mean you can't launch Quicken or if things are going wrong when you do. Please provide more information, including what version of Quicken you're using.

If you do need to reinstall Quicken -- which is only rarely the cure for problems -- you log into Quicken.com using your QuickenID email and password. From there, you can download an installer file; run that to re-install Quicken Mac. (You can drag the current application to the Trash first, if you want to be certain the new one installs correctly.)
