Missing Transactions during Reconcile [Edited]

Some of my transactions are not showing on the reconcile page so my statement won't reconcile Why are they now showing. I recently updated quicken. This did not happen on the first account I reconciled

    Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. I apologize you are having issues reconciling. To better assist you would you be able to attach a screenshot of the current issue? Also, are you reconciling with paper statements or with the online balance?
