How do I upgrade my subscription from starter to deluxe?

When I go to the manage my subscription page I see the plan I'm currently enrolled in. When I select upgrade I'm taken to the page that shows all the options. When I move the cursor to any option I see a red circle with a line through it - which indicates the option is not available. I renewed back in April 2021.

    Thank you Sherlock. I did follow the directions listed in your link and didn't have any problems until I reached the last page "Upgrades." It was at this point that I couldn't select any option - the cursor turned to a red circle with a line through it for any option I tried to select. I will contact tech support on Tuesday as I assume that Quicken might be closed tomorrow. Thank you again for taking the time to respond.
