Issues downloading and reconciling transactions

    For over 2 months now I've been having troubles when I download transactions into my checking account. First, it sometimes reconciles to the wrong balance and I have to accept adjusting entries. Then it is scrambling my automated bill/income reminders. I have them set up to automatically enter 240 days in advance. The updates move those transactions to different dates or outright deletes them. It has totally screwed up my checking account.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, though I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this.

    The Described behavior can be caused by multiple things, as such we would recommend contacting Quicken Support directly for the best assistance. They'll be able to look over the file and also screenshare ( If you feel comfortable doing so) what exactly is happening.
