Has Quicken found a way to fix CC 502 & other errors in syncing PNC Mortgage?

This problem has persisted for months. I spent hours on the phone with Quicken a few weeks ago on multiple issues. Every time I contact them, they troubleshoot for hours then I find out I've lost data or it has to be updated. This product use to be great. What happened to quick accurate problem resolution? Please fix.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, although I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your PNC mortgage. I was taking a look at your previous contact with support and it seems that they had to verify that you were experiencing the issue two days in a row on their side to see about getting your issue escalated. Were you ever able to contact support the second time? If not I'd recommend seeing if we're able to get in contact with Quicken Support so we're able to get the issue you're having resolved.
