Ann Taylor LOFT credit card account does not recognize password

I changed my password for my loft credit card. I am trying to update the password on quicken and it keeps telling me I have the wrong password. I have changed it multiple times and I can login with my credentials on the credit card's web site but quicken tells me my password is wrong.

sometimes there is a disconnect between the actual CC website password, and what they share with Quicken.
Are there any special chars - and how long is the password ?
Also - just noticed - there are TWO entries for the Ann Taylor LOFT credit card - did you try both ?

Thank you. Apparently a very long password was the problem. Switching to a shorter one did the trick.
