After Installing Quicken Update, R34.20, Transactions were missing - then ok after restart

After installing the latest Quicken update, R34.20, and then selecting the option to start Quicken immediately after the update, all of my recent transactions (~ dated 1/31/21 and after) appeared to be missing. After closing and restarting Quicken, these transactions were once again available. This also happened after the May/June 2021 update.

    I have see that behavior myself, occasionally, with other updates.
