You can export the report to Excel and print it there.

Sorry, you can't do that.
If you're concerned about these item appearing to take up too much space on the page, adjust the report's individual column widths on the report view, before selecting to print the report. Making the columns wider and/or getting rid of unused/unneeded columns better fills the page.
