Hi @jancallen1 . By "web express" I am assuming you mean "express web connect." If I am correct then you can reactivate your account by going to Tools > Account List > Edit (for the account in question) > Online Services tab > Set up Now > follow the prompts.Note:
- During the setup process Quicken might prompt you to decide what to do with the data that is downloaded. If you get this prompt, be sure to select Link and select the Account you have already set up in Quicken. If you do not do this, then Quicken might think it is a new account and will add a new account instead of linking it to your existing account.
- During the setup process Quicken might enter transactions into the account register that are duplicates of what is already entered there. If this happens, you will need to manually delete the duplicate transactions.
