I am having problems Updating

I use quicken for home and have been trying to update and it stops at updtdetails.udt. I receive an error. The patch is being used by another program. How can I fix this.

    If you are running an anti-virus software, you might want to temporarily turn it off and then try updating Quicken, again.  Once it is updated, be sure to turn your anti-virus protection back on.
