Seeking help using Ally Bank

I've got some questions about using Ally Bank. I've been searching to see if there's some community on Facebook and other social networks, but haven't found anything. May I ask questions about Ally Bank here on Quicken's community forum?

As long as it the Ally Bank questions have to do with Quicken you can certainly ask away and someone is likely to respond. If the questions are not related to Quicken you would be better off finding another way to get your questions answered since I suspect the Moderators will delete any non-Quicken related posts.
