Format for downloading bank data through Excel or other user friendly tool

Due to a bank issue with Synchrony, (new card issued without notifying the customer) I am unable to download the last few months worth of transactions. (several hundred) is their a format that can be used (Excel of otherwise) that I can load transactions into that will be accepted via Quicken?
