Verizon Visa (Synchrony bank) - Quickeunable to access

Verizon Visa (Synchrony bank) credit card account. I was successful in adding the account recently. Soon, however, I was unable to get Quicken to connect to the account (for several days in a row). I deleted account (to re-add), Quicken cannot successfully re-add. Continous CC-502 errors.
