Quicken keeps asking for my quicken ID

Quicken asks for my Quicken ID this morning. Evertything was ok at the end of the day yesterday. When I enter my ID and password, it wants to download and reinsall quicken. If I do so and sign in again with my Quicken ID and passworkd, it wants to do the same thing again. Quicken support hs resolved the problem after herculean efforts, but today is Saturday. Help!
