connecting issues

Chase Bank does not recognize my username or password..I cannot download my Bank data from Chase..This has happened only in the past few days..Is this a Quicken issue or Chase Bank

    WHEN does this happen?  Can you log into Chase's website directly?  Have you recently changed your ID or password at Chase's website?  Is this happening in your Q desktop product ... or Q Mobile or Q Web?
    Are you having this issue with downloading from any other Financial Institutions?
    Q user since DOS version 5
    Now running Quicken Windows Subscription, Home & Business
