password vault question

I have several cards with Amex in the Password Vault. One has been cancelled by Amex. Whenever I now do an 'account update' on my Amex account I get an error message from QUicken.

HOW DO I DELETE the cancelled Amex card from the Vault? Just that 1 account, not the entire Vault.

    Tools > Account List > Edit (for the Amex card to be removed from PW Vault) > Online Services tab > Deactivate > Yes.
    The other Amex accounts will be unaffected by this and will remain in PW Vault.
