    Have you looked in  Q Help (F1)?  What have you been unable so far?
    And DON"T set it up  for download.  Doing so will remove ALL ability that you have to manage  the account.  ONLY the downloaded PRINCIPAL ONLY payment  will be able to post to an online mortgage acct.
