Hello,
New to Quicken. Under the Planning->Budget section.
My budget for my House Loan (principle+interest+insurance+mortgage insurance+property tax) is shown at the bottom as Detailed Loan Payment of the total amount. Now the issue is I have Home Insurance and Mortgage Insurance as subcategory of "Home" Category and its duplicating my spending in those 2 subcategories for my total spending at the top you can see at $2640.22 but should only be showing $2463.82
How do I set up the budget correctly so it doesn't duplicate the Home Insurance and Mortgage insurance subcategories?

If you choose to include a Detailed Loan Payment in a loan, you should remove the categories included the loan payment from the budget: right-click on a duplicated category and select Remove this category0
