Membership expiration alert leads to server error

My membership is expiring soon and when click on the link to update my payment info as requested, I sign in and it then reports a server error..... this has been happening for the last week or so...... so is payment update "service alert" broken????
Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, although I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your membership renewal. I'm wondering here if the link it might be taking you to might be causing the issue. I would recommend seeing if that might be the case by trying to sign into Quicken.com and selecting the sign in > my account option in the top right.
From there you should be able to check your renewal and adjust accordingly. If it does work please let us know.
Small update but after taking a further look at the issue we've been able to replicate the issue on our side as well. We've reported the issue to be looked at further.
