Barclay QFX file will not open in Quicken.

in Download, Add/Update Accounts (Windows)
Go to Barclay, download QFX file. Go to either download folder and ask file to open in Quicken or go to Quicken and try to import and the Quicken Icon flashes a bit in the task bar, but the only thing that happens is the request to set up Barclay for direct access. The data does not load.

    More info is needed in order to assist you.
    1. What Q product are you running, what BUILD of that product and what's your "Membership Valid thru" date?  This info can be found at HELP, About Quicken,
    2. What type of account is it that you're trying to download the data and import into Q?
    3. What's the EXACT name of Barclay, as shown in Q at "TOOLS, Account List"?
    4. Are you getting any error codes or messages when you try to import?
    5. I have a credit card issued by BarclayBank, and it downloads via Express Web Connect.  Why are you, apparently, using Web Connect where you initiate the download directly from the bank's website?
