Prudential Suddenly Does not Recognize Account

Last weekend (July 30), after many months of working properly I suddenly received a message "an error has occurred" after an OSU. Occasionally I will also get "your institution does not recognize this account" OL304-A. Have tried the usual fixes - deactivate and reactivate the account, check account access directly online (yes, it is still there and same credentials). Have also tried the trick listed in a discussion group about using your SSN instead of UN, but did not solve the problem.
1) Anybody else having this issue?
2) Any ideas on a fix?

Update: Contacted Pru to follow up on my case # - seems that the sub-account number was changed. Not sure why, they couldn't tell me. Updated the sub-account number in quicken, and now no longer get "account not recognized" (good) but no transactions are updated from the last good update on July 16 (bad). I'll post additional info when I get more time to troubleshoot.0
