How to change the widths of the category, tag, memo columns

The technique of placing the cursor on the boundary of columns on the top register row and dragging to adjust do not work on the columns under it (next row down).
The column widths appear to be allocated equally for the primary payee column.
The result is too narrow memo sub-column and too wide other sub-columns.
Is there a way to adjust the sub-column widths?
If so, how?

There is no way to adjust the sub-column widths. You may want to consider using a one-line display: press

Thank you. Seems like they could develop things like this now that if costs 3x plus.
